About the role
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive SQC’s global commercial success by translating world‑leading quantum technologies into scalable, enterprise‑ready products with repeatable revenue.
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the executive leadership team, you will lead end‑to‑end commercial strategy and execution, owning the translation of SQC’s technology into scalable products, revenue, and enduring enterprise relationships.
You will:
Define and execute the global commercial and go‑to‑market strategy across on‑premise, cloud, and data‑centre delivery models.
Own global revenue outcomes across all products and markets, including direct enterprise sales and partner-led distribution.
Build repeatable revenue through pricing, packaging and enterprise deal structures.
Convert early deployments into long-term, recurring enterprise relationships.
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance reporting.
Lead technical sales and customer solution architecture to support complex enterprise deployments and expansion.
Develop and execute strategic partnerships and distribution models, including cloud platforms, data centres, and ecosystem partners, to accelerate market penetration and adoption.
Lead product strategy, roadmap prioritisation and product-market fit, partnering with technical teams to translate SQC’s underlying technology into enterprise‑ready products that meet market demand, customer requirements, and scalable delivery models.
Lead product and growth marketing, including product positioning, messaging, value propositions, use‑case narratives, demand generation, pipeline support, and market segmentation.
Own the end‑to‑end customer journey – from onboarding through to long‑term success – establishing a strong customer success and solutions delivery capability focused on repeatable, productised deployments and enduring enterprise relationships.
Build and lead high‑performing global teams across product, sales, business development, solutions, product and growth marketing, and customer success.
Your experience
Proven experience scaling B2B technology products into enterprise markets.
Strong commercial judgement across pricing, contracts, and complex enterprise deals.
Demonstrated ability to direct commercial, product, and technical teams in parallel.
Deep technical fluency sufficient to sell, shape, and scale complex products spanning software, hardware, and cloud platforms.
Strong customer centric orientation with a focus on long term adoption and value creation.
Exposure to quantum technologies, deep tech or advanced hardware environments.
